Please carefully read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before accessing or using any of the mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Apps”) developed by Kamola Fayzutdinova (referred to as “I,” “me,” or “my”).

7. Modifications to the Apps and Terms

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all of my Apps at any time without prior notice. I may also revise these Terms of Use periodically. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting within the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Poland.
